This is an excellent non fiction book that young children can read and not get bored。 It provides lot of facts for the children all while there is cartoons as well as real life pictures to look at。 This goes over Dr。 Kings life and what it was like back then in that day and age。 It also provides breaks in the book to talk about different questions that he is asking the reader， which I think is a great opportunity for class discussion when reading it to an entire class。

Very basic biography - enough info for Kindergarten or first grade to get a discussion going。 Not enough to use for a report - but good intro and could lead to creating more questions that could be answered with another resource。
